We used TR to do a total kitchen remodel and installation of floors throughout our home. Our project was pretty extensive and required the installation of a sliding back door out of our existing dining room and removing a wall as well as moving and replacing some windows in the kitchen and installing new AC and electrical panel.
Overall we had a great experience during our project. One of the biggest things we wanted in a project team was clear communication, timely and prompt work and excellent craftsmanship. All companies will say that they will clearly communicate, be prompt and have excellent craftsmanship. TR truly delivered on all three of these areas.
Communication was great, the team was never late and always showed up with a great attitude. Martin was a true craftsman and never cut corners even if it meant taking a little extra time… he truly treated our home like it was his.
I would recommend TR.

We are glad that you were happy and satisfied not only with the final result but with the process as well. It was a pleasure working with you. Thank you for trusting TR with this project and we hope to work with you again in the future.
Thank you so much Michael, we appreciate you taking the time to leave us a review. We are glad you enjoyed working with our team. We look forward to working with you again in the future.
Overall, I had a very positive experience with TR Design. When we set out to renovate our kitchen and bathroom we ended up reaching out to a lot of companies. Some companies wouldn't even come out to our house to inspect the project, which is ridiculous. Julio came out to our house and spent an hour with us really understanding what we wanted to do and giving us plenty of good ideas along the way as well. From there we got a few quotes and decided to go with TR for a few reasons.
We liked they had an actual design studio we could go into and meet with the designer and project manager. Two, their price seemed fair, they weren't the cheapest but weren't the most expensive either. Three, they were genuinely nice people, they are a smaller family owned business so we could tell they really care about their work versus some large renovation company. Lastly, once we started the project any changes we made last minute went smoothly. We had to make some minor tweaks here and there due to unforeseen challenges but they were flexible and worked with us.
We would definitely recommend them to any family member or friend!

I had water damage in my basement due to a leak in my water tank. TR did an excellent job replacing woodwork, carpet and clean up. All the contractors were thorough and professional I would definitely recommend Total Restore, Inc

I can't say enough about the fantastic service I received from Total Restore. Their response to my call (a burst pipe) was timely and efficient. Two of the nicest, most knowledgeable guys showed up to do the necessary work to mitigate any water damage or mold issues. They kept me informed as to what they needed to do and why, documented everything including pics, and cleaned the area before they left. I would hands down recommend them!

TR Design Build did an outstanding job on our full basement renovation, transforming ~2,000 square feet of unfinished concrete space to a gorgeous living space including a gym, entertainment space, bedroom, full bath, office, playroom, and hidden wine storage room.
From the start, they brought creative, practical design ideas that elevated the space beyond what we imagined. The craftsmanship was top-notch — everything was built with real quality. What stood out most was their communication: clear, consistent, and responsive throughout the entire project. Incredibly professional crew who we were genuinely sad to say goodbye to when the job ended!
Highly recommend to anyone looking for a contractor who delivers on every front.

Enea saw the whole project through from start to finish coordinating all of the work to ease the whole process. The team that performed the work were very nice, did a great job and tolerated being supervised every step of the way (by a nosy cat)
