Our technician, Rory, is pleasant to deal with and always professional. He is also responsive to our concerns. Rory is also efficient and thorough.
Tom was as usual, very knowledgeable, very quick. And the trap you put out worked well, recommend him as a good technician.

Good service, as always. Thank you Rory! However, I do have a couple of issues that I would like for you to resolve: (1) your annual inspection report says that I have planter boxes attached to the structure and this is not true. I have no planter boxes whatsoever; (2) your report says that I have landscape too…

Tyler came over today and went above and beyond with his inspection of our home including making his way into our difficult to access crawl space. Great service today with care from Mr. Stearns. He tested my grass for chinch bugs and yes, they have been enjoying my grass. I am giving a 5 star to Mr. Stearns for his time, but disappointed with the services that have caused my grass to be brown. I need my grass repaired. I trusted your company to treat my grass…
