Very helpful
Trad's tech Hien has been very helpful w/ the all of the spring critters that are crawling around. He's very respectful and professional and patient while I get the dog put away out back. Thank you Hien and Team.
Was running late but called to let me know.Explained what caused him to be late. Explained very clearly the treatment for getting rid of the ants. Told me to let him know immediately if they return. Very satisfied.
Good service-very thorough
Jonel Garcia arrived when expected, sprayed and left.
Cam was very polite and professional. He is a credit to your organization.
Excellent experience both with customer service and application! Cam Johnson sprayed our property and was punctual and courteous! The application was quick and he called as soon as he was done. Pricing was extremely reasonable.
Wonderful tech! Thank you so much!
I have been using Trads for years. I use the quarterly service and it works so well. When you use the quarterly service they can also add different measures if you are having additional issues. They are quick to respond and resolve any pest issues you may have and it works. Their services are affordable and worth…
Showed up as promised, checked to see if we were having any issues
Pho was very courteous, professional, and explained what and why he was treating the different areas of my yard. I wish he would do my service every time
Hein takes care of every detail before I even ask! Such a pleasure to have a company actually care about their customers and not up sell at every turn. If you want it handled.. call Trads
Hien Chau's a trustworthy professional. Besides doing the work, he shares advice and opinions directly so we can get the most out of our landscape and interior services. Trad's does plenty of good stuff; but the thing they do best is to find (and keep!) a superior team of professionals
Worst company ever! Stay away this sham of a company! Killed my grass and tried to blame it on my lawn guy! I canceled and they kept coming out and they just sent me a bill and threatened collections!
Excellent service!
We’ve had Trads at two different houses now for pest control. Our new house has a terrible yard so we had Trads come out and start lawn treatment. Byron came this morning and explained everything, listened to and answered my questions. He didn’t seem annoyed by my lack of knowledge on the subject and he didn’t hurry…
very professional . excellent price. Our technician Hein is the best
If I could give them 5,000 stars I would. My dog got fleas from a pet sitter, and with 2 children under 2, I felt as if my situation was an emergency. I’m sure everyone thinks their pest problem is an emergency though, but Nikki at Trad’s didn’t treat me as everyone else. She treated me as if I was the only customer…
