I Really like this guy! Knowledgeable and very kind!
Hien Chau's a trustworthy professional. Besides doing the work, he shares advice and opinions directly so we can get the most out of our landscape and interior services. Trad's does plenty of good stuff; but the thing they do best is to find (and keep!) a superior team of professionals
Cory has been our technician installing and maintaining our termite service with trades and we appreciate him very much for his knowledge and attention to details.
This last time was for the termite extermination. The technician, Rory, was professional and courteous and took the time to explain every step to me. Excellent customer service.
Hien is the best and is very very polite
Worst company ever! Stay away this sham of a company! Killed my grass and tried to blame it on my lawn guy! I canceled and they kept coming out and they just sent me a bill and threatened collections!
Rory was professional, knowledgeable, thorough and polite. As a business owner, it would be a joy to have someone like Rory as an employee.
Rory was amazing! He was knowledgeable and patient, always explained what he found and how he would remedy the problem. Thank you for taking care of our home!
