Rory Caron was my service technician for today’s visit. This was a scheduled termite inspection appointment. Cory inspected and treated if necessary the perimeter and exterior foundations of my home. Cory is an excellent technician.
Our technician, Rory, is pleasant to deal with and always professional. He is also responsive to our concerns. Rory is also efficient and thorough.
Tom was as usual, very knowledgeable, very quick. And the trap you put out worked well, recommend him as a good technician.
Quick and easy service
Honest and sincere worker.
Good service, as always. Thank you Rory! However, I do have a couple of issues that I would like for you to resolve: (1) your annual inspection report says that I have planter boxes attached to the structure and this is not true. I have no planter boxes whatsoever; (2) your report says that I have landscape too…
Trads has always been very prompt and helpful. Hien, our service tech, always does a wonderful job.

Tyler is very professional and answers all your questions. He is punctual and interacts with the clients very well.
Tyler came over today and went above and beyond with his inspection of our home including making his way into our difficult to access crawl space. We are new homeowners and new to the area, so we had lots of questions. He answered all of them to our satisfaction. We look forward to working with Trad’s for our future…
I’ve used them for many many years and they are always professional and do a wonderful job. Bryan is great!
Rory was very friendly and explained what was going on and has great service.
Rory is very kind and knowledgeable about termites and is very thorough with his work. Excellent customer service too!
they do a great job, are friendly, but then ask for a 5star rating which I don’t like
Rory took EXTRA time to investigate AND explain everything my parent needed to know to avoid termites arriving at his home. He was calm and patient and thorough. Highly recommend.
Trad's does a great job with my lawn. Thank you, Rory.
Great service today with care from Mr. Stearns. He tested my grass for chinch bugs and yes, they have been enjoying my grass. I am giving a 5 star to Mr. Stearns for his time, but disappointed with the services that have caused my grass to be brown. I need my grass repaired. I trusted your company to treat my grass…
Rory is very courteous and professional. He explained everything that he accomplished during his inspection. He also gave me a few pointers on how to help protect our home from termites. I’m very satisfied with the service I received.
Great job as always. Thank you

Mr. Rory Caron is a very meticulous professional. He closely inspects every station and takes the time to replace anything that is faulty or questionable. TRADS already makes it very easy for me but when you add the expert service of this technician it makes it without a doubt an exceptional team which I would…
