The best way for a review is when the grass starts growing again but we have no problems with the service. Hopefully this will control the weeds on the right side of the house. I was working in the garden there and it looks pretty bad. Also, wonder why the grass is so bad along the curb.
Jonel took the time to address my concerns about the patches in the backyard and assured me that he would request soil samples to identify the problem.

Ray Casher serviced our yard last week and performed multiple tasks to treat various issues on our yard. He gave us a detailed description of everything he did and suggestions of how we can continue to make our yard healthier. Ray was polite, positive, and professional and I hope he continues to be the one that services our yard.

Trad's Tech provided excellent follow up/notes on the steps needed to improve lawn condition by adding top soil in specific areas of the lawn. Watering suggestions for summer heat.
ZAY is coming along nicely as he gets used to how things are done at Trad's. My lawn is looking much better now with the weeds under control, except that stubborn Sedge. With the last spray of fertilizer my lawn came to life filling in with beautiful dark green St. Augustine. Keep up the good work ZAY!
I am really impressed with Trad's. Inspector Billy McCoy comes out now and then to look at how my lawn is doing and is doing a great job at maximizing my service.

Jonah is so professional and detailed that I almost think he won't be around for long before he's promoted away. He texts before arrival, remembers quirky details about our property and is always friendly. I noticed he even picked up my neighbors trash can when he arrived. Details and kindness matter.
