We worked with John at Tradition Outdoor Living for our patio project and he was the best. Incredibly detailed and made sure everything was done in a timely manner and kept us in the loop. We love our new backyard!
Our patio and cover was completed on time and with attention to detail. John was great to work with and is a great communicator - we felt very comfortable with the work being done and the process every step of the way. We would absolutely recommend this company for any construction needs!
Tradition Outdoor Living's John Petry designed and built an attached carpot to my home that I will enjoy & admire every single day - it's more than I ever thought I could get anyone to build - it's a "Show Piece". John worked very hard with the city to get the permit approved, making some revisions to the design in order to get it approved, but he did it, he didn't give up, and I appreciate that greatly. He scheduled all stages of construction approvals with the city to the final completed approval, no problems. I have wanted a solid-built long-lasting carport for a long time, and I'm so glad I met John Petry - he worked hard to make this long-time dream of mine come true. Thanks John! I appreciate you and your crew at Tradition Outdoor Living. Brad Bohanan in Plano, Texas.
We had an outstanding experience working with John at Traditions Outdoor Living. From start to finish, he was professional, friendly, and incredibly easy to work with. He was always on time, communicated throughout the project, and kept everything moving without us ever feeling like we had to check in or manage the process ourselves. John consistently made sure we were informed, answered our questions, and genuinely cared that we were happy with the outcome. The finished product exceeded our expectations, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. If you’re considering an outdoor project, I highly recommend asking for John. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Thank you so much for the positive review Chris! We're happy you're enjoying your new space!
John P. did my patio replacement and I loved it so much that I called him back a year later to extend it, add the deck spray and also add a pave stone addition. I am thrilled with the end result!!! I highly recommend John and Tradition Outdoor. John is excellent to work with and ensures the end result is perfect! A+
Great company to work with! John is always kind, caring, and goes the extra mile to make sure the job is done right! Highly recommend!
Ben earned 5 stars in my book. He was great to work with as he is a considerate person who listens well. Ben always worked with my schedule when he’d come to check on the materials delivered, and the progress and quality of the construction work. It was great to have him as a constant contact person, who then worked with the men and women building our new pergola.
Ben was great to work with. We got three separate quotes and liked Ben's design the best. More importantly, what we ended up with matched the design. There were a few minor hiccups along the way, as always happens with a project of this nature, but Ben was the consummate professional and worked for us and through each of them to resolution. Not sure what our next project will be, but I'll definitely call Ben again, if we have one.
Thank you so much for the review! We can't wait to work with you again!
We had outdoor burner installed in our original grill area, was very fast in responding , ordering, all done in a week and they made sure blend perfectly with rest of the kitchen
We appreciate the review and your business! Thank you so much!
Don’t build a patio cover with anyone else. John at Tradition is professional and detailed. His renderings are excellent the estimates are easy to understand. Great communication and stayed on schedule. What I love the most is that the patio cover looks like part of the house rather than just something added after the fact. 5 stars all the way. Thanks John
We appreciate the review! John is the best!
