I cannot say enough amazing things about my experience. My paralegal, Tricia has been a godsend throughout my ordeal. She is always available to me, no matter what I need (big or small) and quickly became my well trusted confidant and sometimes "therapist"!! She is such a rock star & this firm is so lucky to have her!! Attorney Francesco Sandillo has also been amazing. He made himself available whenever I needed something or had questions and always kept me informed every step of the way. In 2025, I was involved in a rear-end MVA. Francesco Sandillo from the Trantolo & Trantolo New Haven office handled my case. The negligent party’s adjuster was trying to settle my personal injury and vehicle damages for pennies on the dollar; fighting them was a battle I could not undertake on my own. Fran and his paralegal, Tricia, were attentive and communicative through every step of my recovery, and the claim was settled beyond satisfactorily, and in a timely manner.
