Travel and Cruise World

Always has been great. Big help with everything. Helped us with many questions, missed connections, money issues, trip advice, and so many other issues.

Customer service is excellent! Highly recommended. If you need professional and reliable service for your travel needs, Travel and Cruise World is the place to go. Scott Moore and his staff take the stress out of planning your trip from the start. They ensure that your trip is taken cared off before, during and after the trip. Rest assured that any Issue encountered during the trip is handled in a timely manner. Friendly staff. Clean and comfortable office.

Absolutely horrible. Scott made it seem like he was able to help with my husband and I’s honeymoon. We went on our wedding day to meet with him because his niece said that was the only time JUST to get our time wasted. Please go with someone else. Scott is just a talker and will ghost you if you have a certain budget.

They’re horrible with responding and follow through. I’ll be glad when we’re done with this group travel as I won’t book with them again.

Carolyn planned the most amazing cruise for our group!! So thorough and very attentive to detail! She even found a cheaper price for us!! Thank you!!

Carolyn goes above for all her clients. She makes sure she gets everyone the best deal. I only recommend Carolyn for any travel needs.

Travel and Cruise World has arranged 28 ocean cruises and 2 river cruises for us as well as many other wonderful vacations over the last 20 years. We trust them with all of our travel needs. They are like family to us and we enjoy all of the adventures they have planned over the years and especially the Hawaii cruise with Scott, Linda, Harlan and a fantastic group of travelers.

Scott and his team are outstanding! His team is always professional! He is always attentive and looks for great deals!

My wife and I went on a trip to Ireland and Scotland all set up by Scott and his associates at Travel and Cruise World. What a well planned trip and such beautiful countries. We highly recommend you try these two countries out.
