Customers frequently cite punctuality, clear communication, and thorough debris cleanup as key aspects of the tree removal and pruning services. Pricing is often described as reasonable, with detailed estimates provided for stump grinding and canopy work. However, some lower-rated reviews highlight issues with missed appointments, incomplete removal of logs or mulch, and a lack of responsiveness when contacting the company for quotes or scheduling.

Treescape was professional from the start. Gave me a detailed breakdown of scope of work and itemized cost of each individual project in my backyard. Did a good job cleaning up after themselves as well! Would highly recommend using their services.
