Kyler Carson was our supervisor and had excellent attention to detail. He also followed up and communicated promptly. Tresidio builds a nice home. Jenny Price was the realtor and provided excellent feedback and advice.
Building a custom home can easily become an overwhelming process, but working with Tresidio Homes here in the Treasure Valley was an outstanding experience from groundbreaking to final walkthrough. The build quality is evident the moment you step through the door. The craftsmanship, fit and finish, and attention to detail across every room show that they take genuine pride in what they build. Everything feels solid, thoughtfully executed, and built to last. What truly set the experience apart, though, was the communication and responsiveness. Building timelines and complex selections naturally come with questions, but the Tresidio team consistently kept me informed every step of the way. A massive shoutout goes to my construction manager, Chance. Having Chance on-site running the build gave us complete peace of mind. He was proactive, incredibly responsive whenever something came up, and held every subcontractor to high standards. Whether it was addressing a quick question or coordinating intricate build details, Chance handled it promptly and professionally.
My wife and I just bought our first home with Trisidio in Stags Crossing, Eagle ID. I can’t say enough about well we were taken care of through the entire home buying process. Kyler who was our POC with issues and overall satisfaction with our purchase was amazing. We’ve moved and bought several houses over the years and this was by far our best home buying experience. Big thanks to Kyler for going above and beyond the call of duty.
Disappointing Experience with Tresidio Homes – Recurring Issues and No Lasting Solutions We had very high hopes with Tresidio We purchased our home expecting quality construction, reliability, and peace of mind. Unfortunately, our experience has been far from what we expected, and we are extremely disappointed with the quality of the home and the way our warranty concerns have been handled. I want to start by recognizing Kyler, who has been amazing to work with. We are genuinely happy with him and appreciate his professionalism and support. Unfortunately, our experience with other members of the team, including Jossy and others involved in addressing our warranty issues, has been very frustrating. We have not received the clear communication, accountability, or meaningful solutions we expected. Our shower has now had recurring problems three times. The grout was completely removed and replaced, yet the problem returned. Instead of addressing the underlying cause, we are being offered another vague solution that focuses on replacing the grout with a toxic chemical thst is harmful to our family rather than identifying and permanently fixing whatever is causing it to fail. We do not want another temporary repair that leaves us dealing with the same issue all over again. We want a proper, lasting solution. The shower is not our only concern. We have also experienced problems with our flooring and our AC and heating system. The HVAC technician has already visited approximately five times, and the problem still has not been properly resolved. It is incredibly frustrating to repeatedly schedule appointments, open our home to workers, rearrange our busy schedules, and still be left with the same problems. In some cases, it feels as though the attempted repairs have actually made things worse. A new home should not require this level of repeated attention and repair so soon after purchase. We own other homes and understand that homeownership comes with responsibilities and occasional maintenance. However, we have never experienced this degree of recurring problems and unsuccessful repairs in our other properties. What makes this even more disappointing is that we chose Tresidio because we believed we were purchasing a well-built home from a company that stood behind its work. We expected a much higher standard of craftsmanship, communication, and customer service. This property is also intended to be a rental, which makes a permanent solution particularly important. We cannot reasonably expect future tenants to deal with recurring repairs, ongoing disruptions, or problems that should have been resolved correctly the first time. We are not asking for anything unreasonable. We want Tresidio to take responsibility for these recurring issues, identify their root causes, and provide durable repairs rather than continuing to repeat fixes that have already failed. Unfortunately, this experience has significantly affected our confidence in the company. Before these problems arose, we were considering purchasing another home through Tresidio, and my cousin was also considering buying the home next door. Our experience has made us reconsider those plans. A new home should provide peace of mind, not become a recurring repair project. We hope Tresidio takes these concerns seriously and demonstrates that quality and customer satisfaction matter after the sale, not just before closing. I would encourage prospective buyers to ask detailed questions about the warranty process and how recurring construction defects are handled before making their decision.

I am adding to my previous Google Review of Tresidio Homes. The Google world does not allow a second review for the same business from the same individual, but will allow me to "edit" my review. I have lived in our Tresidio home now for 11 months. This really is a top of the line builder. As we approach the one-year mark and the end of the "warranty" period, we just paid for an independent inspection. The inspection verified that roof, attic, crawl space, exterior, etc. were in excellent condition. The inspector commented on how well the home was built and added "I have inspected many new homes from various builders. Tresidio is a quality builder!" I would like to give a shout out to their warranty department, especially to Mitch who oversees the repairs. I can't say enough good about him. He is punctual, thorough, careful, follows through, answers any questions, cleans up after his work, organized and is understanding of concerns. He is literally amazing!!!! Thank you, Mitch and thank you Tresidio homes!!!! We have been working with Tresidio Builders for the past year to build our new home. We saw one of their model homes in a subdivision that we were interested in. Eric Kulm was at that model home and we continued to work with him throughout the process of building. He was thorough and patient in answering our countless questions as we chose our desired floorplan, customizations, lot location and on through the construction phase. Nadza Ibrahimagic, in the Design Center, was very helpful in the selection process of cabinetry, tile, flooring, appliances, etc. They break up the selection process into several appointments as to be the least stressful as possible. I appreciated knowing upfront the costs associated with any upgrades. There were no hidden expenses or surprises on costs as we went through the construction and closing of the home. Ryan Williams was our Project Manager. He did an amazing job overseeing the construction. He was on top of all the details and was quick to respond to questions or concerns we had. He followed through with every question and kept the project exactly on schedule. Since we were local, we could visit the job site after hours and observe the different construction phases. Ryan was good to explain and clarify our observations and gave excellent clarity to any concerns we expressed. He really did an impressive job! We paid for an independent inspection of our new home a week before closing. The inspector was very impressed with the quality of Tresidio’s work over many of the other new homes that he inspects. I would highly recommend Tresidio if you are contemplating building a new home. They did a remarkable job in making the building process go smoothly and as stress free as possible. Updates We have had such a great experience with Mitch and Anthony in the Tresidio Warranty Department. Both have been incredibly responsive, professional, and genuinely helpful with the repairs and other items we’ve needed addressed in our new home. What we appreciate most is their communication and follow-through. They listen to our concerns, respond quickly, and make sure things are taken care of properly.
