About water filtration system by a year ago and asked them to come out and show me how to install the new filter and they came out and did an excellent job showing me how to do it. I highly recommend these guys

The new unit "learned" my routine, so I have immediate hot water anytime during the day. Saving water, time and my patience! Tri-City Water Store is my go to for plumbing, as well as the Kinetico softner.

I spoke with the agent who claimed to be the owner, who was incredibly rude, repeatedly interrupted me, and showed zero interest in respecting me as a new customer. As a professional, I found the lack of courtesy shocking. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
