The women that work in the store went above and beyond to make my VERY PICKY husband happy. The delivery men were awesome. Very curtious, and friendly. We would welcome them anytime!
Not only does Tri City Furniture have a very kind and knowledgeable staff helping you find anything that you need but the delivery associates that work for them are the kindest and very knowledgeable also. They are the greatest. Their names are Travis and Lincoln. I am sure they will become your friends too!

Phenomenal. I was quickly greeted upon entering the store. Was shown options for what I was looking for and the price. I am thrilled to know I can order my furniture in 5 1/2 weeks due to personal reasons. Very very happy. Have also spoken to sales person by phone since my in person visit.

I was most impressed with Jennifer’s concern in making sure that the furniture I was interested in would fit in my living area. She wanted dimensions of my room right from the start and as she suspected my selection was too large for my room once she laid it all out in her computer. No other store that I had been to asked me those details - their only interest was making the sale! She also insisted I take samples home before purchasing stating that lighting is different in my home versus the store. Not only what they didn’t have on the showroom floor, but listening to what our needs were, but when the couch took just a little bit longer to come in the offer to make it right by delivering to our house, and the nice kind gentleman, kind and courteous and super professional, when they delivered the couch. Great fabric selections for a sectional design. A very welcoming atmosphere as soon as you walk through the door. Questions used to find what interests were and overall usage. Exceptional knowledge on make and manufacturing of custom pieces. Value for price is what quality craftsmanship makes it worth every penny. Solid pieces made to wants and needs down to what some would call the small details. That is where you know you've come to the right place. Your satisfaction is key and there is no pressure, time is on your side to sort and pick out the pieces you want.

We had a small problem with a chair we had purchased years ago. Was not sure it could even be repaired. They went above and beyond to fix . Excellant people to work with.
