We use Tri-County Pest Control for all of our properties and couldn't be happier with their service. They are always fast, reliable, and professional. Whenever we need something taken care of, they respond quickly and get the job done right. Highly recommend Tri-County Pest Control to anyone looking for a dependable pest control company!
I just wanted to add that Nina in the office was so helpful and attentive. She is so warm and sweet. She was a pleasure to work with.
I had a yellow jacket nest in my chimney. Hundreds were coming into the house. Sal was great. He went right to work, explained everything to me, and got the job done. He was quick and efficient, all the while having great conversation. The man loves what he does. Thank you, Sal.
You want honesty, dependability & efficiency. A professional who truly knows what they are doing and takes pride in doing it. Then you want Tri County Pest Control. With all his years of experience Sal is still out here working, learning, educating and solving our "pest" problems. He's not some guy answering a roach or mouse call dropping poison and leaving. He's showing up with flashlight in hand ready to work and figure out what's going on. He will inspect every crevice inside and outside of your home. He will then thoroughly explain the situation and how hes gonna go about fixing it. As well as teaching preventative tips for the future. Simply put he's trustworthy. We need more businesses to be like this.
Sal and receptionist Nina were extraordinary. Sal responded immediately and arrived the next day to remove a hornet’s nest. The customer service is second to none.
I want to start by saying that Sal is amazing and extremely knowledgeable. He knows so much about bugs and was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process. After he sent one of his technicians to my home, I haven’t seen anything else. Thank you so much for all your help!
The best! Nina in the office & Sean the exterminator/technician were both so professional, helpful, and quick to help the problem. I would happily use or contract them any time.
Sal was amazing and was very efficient, very professional, the Best of the Best!!!
Tri-County Pest Control team were quick to reach out to me after I found them on Instagram. After seeing evidence of mice and sealing some holes, I needed and wanted a professional to come look at my apartment and see if anything else needed to be done (for peace of mind and future pest prevention) and I was told there would be a complimentary assessment. Sal arrived in a prompt and professional manner. After looking around our apartment and giving some tips and advice on where and how to seal up a few areas, he left me with a sense of reassurance and peace-at no cost, and in his words, "I'm going to save you a bunch of money." I appreciate this so much. As someone who is terrified of rodents, I was in a state of panic. Someone else could have probably used this to their advantage and charged me for something "you could do yourself" (also stated by Sal). But not Sal. While I hope not to have any reason to reach out any time soon, I will definitely reach out to Sal and his team again if anything should happen and I highly recommend anyone to reach out to them as they have shown to operate with a high level of integrity, honesty, knowledge and professionalism.
Owner Sal called & set up my appointment the following morning, pest controller Brian came & he was awesome. Very informative, kind, & has house manners. I hope I won’t need you guys again but if I do I would love Brian to come back he was great. Thank you Tri County, I can sleep with a little more ease tonight. 4 stars is because idk if my mouse problem is 100% gone but I hope so. 5 stars to the hospitality & quick responsiveness
