Jack is the best. He's saved us hundreds if not more fixing our refrigerator and dryer. He's prompt, fair and honest, and he explains the issues to you and the purpose of the parts needed which is nice to know. It's great to have someone to set your mind at ease that something can be fixed and that you don't just need to buy a new machine. I highly recommend calling jack for any appliance issues.

Jack called me back within an hour. He came out within 4 hours to look at my washer. Inspected and replaced valve on it in under an hour and for a decent price.

I called about getting my washer fixed. Says he works in La Salle county. I live in La Salle county, but he states he doesn’t come work in my area. When we offered to pay for his gas he straight up just hung up on my mom.
- Negative: Professionalism
Response from the owner · 4 years ago
Yes for 36 years we have serviced Lasalle county, but not the entire Lasalle county . now with gas as expensive as it is, we simply can’t afford to drive out of our designated areas. Even offering paying extra for gas doesn’t take into consideration the time required. After explaining it twice that it was too far, we simply did hang up rather then arguing a useless point.
