Problem not resolved! $300 is alot to pay for showing up anyway but when problem is not resolved it's not acceptable. Not returning calls! I would rate the service at 0 stars but I don't want it to appear like I forgot to give a rating.
Outlet was not working. He quickly found the issue and replaced the GFoutlet at fault. Great job.
Ben was super friendly and thorough. I needed one fix (a popped circuit) but he was also able to troubleshoot another issue I had quickly and efficiently.
Eli and Jeremy were quick and effective. They were able to diagnose and repair my problem. When I asked questions, they were able to answer in a way that I understood.

Ben was very knowledgeable and explained everything, prior to doing the work. He brought everything up to code, and showed me the problem areas. I’m very satisfied with the service. Would highly recommend, and will definitely use them again in tge near future.

They replaced panel and service entry cable.then tore out knob and tube then rewired 100 year old farm house for my mother she is 90. They worked to make her feel safe in her house again

Troubleshooted GFCI issue we were having. Was able to figure out issue in timely manner.
Tri star scheduled us in for service quickly. Communicated frequently during the day of appointment and arrived within the scheduled window. Justin solved our panel issues quickly at a fair price. Will be using them again when needed.
I contacted them in the morning and they were there within the hour worked hard and finished my project and the price was much better than I expected

Had an appointment Wednesday 1-4. No one showed up no one called. I called the company and they apologized and asked to reschedule for the next day Thursday 1-4. No one came no one called. I called and they said they don’t know what’s going on. Asked to reschedule again. This is by far the most unprofessional electrical company I’ve ever dealt with.
