The worst service ever. Very unprofessional driver. First, they were late for our pick up. Secondly, the driver was so unprofessional. Was driving between the lanes and was on his phone, constantly. I told him twice to pay attention to the road but he was texting while driving and could care less. I will never use…
Excellent service, response time, absolutely clean vehicle and the driver was very safe and no rash lane changes etc, helped with bags . An overall pleasant experience and highly recommend them.

Excellent driving and service.👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼 I have changed my review from 5 to 1. If I could rate this company a zero, I would. I’ve been using their service—both for work and personal purposes—for the past three years and was previously satisfied. Unfortunately, on 11/01/25, I experienced the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. I had booked a ride to pick up a relative from the airport and bring them to Tracy. However, during the three weeks between the booking and the service date, I forgot to cancel, and the company never reached out to reconfirm closer to the date. When the driver arrived, I immediately apologized via text for the oversight. The owner’s response was shockingly unprofessional: “Next time call another company. Do not call Tri Valley.” As a loyal customer who has used and recommended their service numerous times, I was extremely disappointed. Good customer service means understanding that occasional mistakes happen—and that maintaining long-term customer relationships is far more valuable than one missed fare. Unfortunately, this company does not seem to share that philosophy. I will no longer use or recommend their services. There are many other airport shuttle providers in the Tracy area who value professionalism and customer loyalty.
I’ve booked Tri-Valley Transporter Private pick up at my home- almost 2 hours from airport. They were on time. Dropped off at airport on time. Very helpful to have transfer with group and luggage. Pick up at airport after a long trip is the best! Worth the money for an airport transfer dropped off directly to your home. Highly recommend!

We had a long trip to Europe coming up. After talking to many airport shuttle services, I talked to Tri Valley Airprter. Their price was reasonable and I booked them for both drop off and pick up. On the drop off day, they showed up a little bit early and dropped us off on time. We were pleased with the punctuality and the type of vehicle they brought. It was perfect. On our return, we had a flight delay, which made us reach SF after 12 hr delay. Instead of reaging at 8pm evening, we reached at 7am the following day. All through out the delay, I was in communication with them. And they would always respond back me immediately that they would be there for pick up no matter what. I was a little anxious that it might not work out. But when we landed at SF, the vehicle was there to pick us up immediately to bring us back home. This shows their commitment and dedication to their customers. I really appreciate their service and for the price, it's beyond excellent. They have won me as their customer for life time. Next time, when I make such long trip out of country, I would be calling them first and booking with them. I highly recommend them and I say this with high confidence that you will be happy with their drop off and pick up service!
