Is Triad Tree Removal any good?

We had a huge Bradford pear tree in the back yard close to our fence that needed to go. My experience with this company was excellent from start to finish. Prompt communication, arrived when they said they would, efficiently and carefully handled the job with no damage to any of our property. I felt the price was…

BEWARE! STAY AWAY! This company tried to steal our customer. We hired this company to cut down a tree and grind a stump. He looked up private contact information and tried to go around us. This is the most unethical business we've ever worked with.

We have several very tall pines on our farm that eventually would have fallen on fences and buildings. They came out and cut the trees down in a day, then returned the following day to grind the stumps down. I wished I had taken them up on the offer to keep the pine chips from the trees so we could use them for the…

Triad Tree took down several large trees, limbed several more, and removed stumps. They did an excellent job and their crew was quick and courteous. When I asked them to go back near the end and take out one more large limb, they were happy to accommodate me. I recommend them highly.

Our neighbors used and referred these guys to us and I sure am glad they did! We are having a drainage system installed and back yard graded, needed trees removed. They came and quoted us the day I called them and started the job within a week. They couldn’t get a truck into our back yard but they had the boom…

We lost a tree in our front yard, that left an ugly.stump, I contacted Triad Tree Removal, and sent pictures of the stump. It took 5 minutes to get a quote and set an appointment only two day later. They arrived promptly, ground the stump down, and cleaned up. I ask if he could give me a quote to remove a root…

I have used this company twice for large tree removal and stump grinding services and I highly recommend Triad Tree Removal. The crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. I believe the fees charged were fair, reasonable and competitive. Their office team also provided great customer service via phone and text…
