Customers frequently praise the punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication provided during interior and exterior pest treatments, including wasp removal and termite inspections. Recurring themes highlight the knowledge and friendliness of the technicians, as well as fair pricing. However, some negative reviews note limitations regarding upper-level access due to safety policies and isolated incidents involving missed appointments or disputed service assessments.

Make sure you tell them if you have something that needs to be done upstairs or on another level other than the first level. They are not allowed to climb on latters… FYI I guess the office staff does not know this.
Response from the owner · 2 months ago
Thank you for sharing this feedback. We’re sorry for the frustration and confusion surrounding your service. The nest was located in an area our service professional could not safely access or treat, and we recognize that we should have communicated those limitations more clearly beforehand. We’re taking this feedback seriously and will work to make sure expectations are communicated more clearly from the start.

Malik did a great, thorough job! He explained everything to me and answered all of my questions since it was the first time we had this company to our house. He
also pointed out areas that we could add weatherstripping and cover to prevent future problems with pests. He also noticed that our flue was open so pests could get in. I will recommend Malik and this company to everyone!
