Customers frequently praise the company for rapid response times, often arriving within fifteen to thirty minutes, and for handling emergency car and home lockouts efficiently. Reviewers highlight professional communication, fair pricing, and availability during late hours or holidays. However, some low-star reviews report issues with follow-up service, such as unreturned calls after repairs, damage to vehicle parts during ignition work, or perceived rudeness and high costs for simple tasks.

AJ is the BEST!!!!! He was there to save the morning after locking my keys in the car at 2am. I was able to still make it to work on time because he showed up in 15 minutes and no doubt the best price!

AJ saved me from a bind when I accidentally locked my keys in my apartment storage unit late at night and couldn’t get in touch with building management due to a disconnected concierge/security phone number 😖 Thanks for the speedy, friendly service!

AJ was great! very professional and nice. He not only made a new car key on the spot for us after the valet lost our key, he followed us home and opened our door.
