I am so happy with every experience I have at Trinity Fitness. Each trainer has carefully kept watch over me during the workouts and make recommendations for modifications that will benefit me. They are always so encouraging and create a warm and welcoming environment. The other members are also very welcoming. The schedule is varied with enough classes offered daily. I am especially encouraged by the Christian community…the music selections, the devotions at the start of each class and the prayer after class. I honestly can’t think of anything to suggest to make it a better place for me. I’m very grateful to have found Trinity.
