This has been the best thing I’ve ever done for myself. I’m only 2 classes in & I’m already hooked!
I love the warmth of the room (feels like a hug), the dim lighting in the studio (it makes a HUGE difference in helping me relax), and the guided instruction from the teachers. Also, the music selection for each class so far has been top notch.
I feel so at peace after each class & so thankful to have this studio in Tri-Cities. I’m already noticing a difference in how I feel mentally and physically.
The best part is at the end of class, the instructors come around and put a cool, lavender essential oil soaked towel on your forehead-the perfect, most calming way to end the session.
If I feel this good after only a couple of classes, I can’t wait to see what a difference a year will make.

I cannot praise this yoga studio enough. Their teachers are amazing! It’s always clean and welcoming. I love the variety of classes from Pilates to vinyasa. In my opinion it’s better than therapy!

Just started attending their 5:30am class(es) and have loved every session! I got the newcomer’s unlimited month deal and it’s been worth every penny. My only complaint is that they don’t offer a 5:30am every morning 😂 best way to start the day.

As someone who was completely new to yoga, I was a little nervous to try it out. From my very first phone call, everyone was so friendly and welcoming while answering my million questions lol.
I shared I’m not flexible and they let me know this place is for all bodies and all levels from new to advanced and that this would be a great place for me. It absolutely IS!
I’m completely hooked. I even hosted a private event for the Lemonade Social Club at Trinity because I wanted others to experience it too. In addition, I've introduced several friends and they're all hooked too! Deanna, the owner, is wonderful, every instructor has been fantastic. The community at Trinity is something special. Also, the lavender cold towels at the end of class are the best part. :)
If you’ve been thinking about trying Trinity Hot Yoga, this is your sign to go. Absolutely recommend!

What a wonderful community! This studio is so warm and welcoming. I was just passing through and took advantage of their monthly unlimited pass. I didn't get to take a class with everyone but the teachers were all so great. Justice, Annie, and Cecelia were all notably excellent. Thanks for having me! Love you guys.

Everyone here is super nice and welcoming. I have attended a variety of sessions and the atmosphere is super comfortable. I love the dimmed lights and private feel. The cool lavender towels at the end are always super nice too.
As a beginner, I especially like the way Annie runs her yinyasa class. She models pretty much everything and the pace makes it easy to follow along. But actually EVERY instructor has been super helpful.
