Great communication, good service. Trinity tented my house for termites and now I am using them for regular pest control maintenance. I have also hired them for flying ants and rodent problems. 🐜🐀🪳Our service tech Jacob is courteous and professional 🙂

Highly recommend Trinity. Johnny performed the service and was great. Thank you.

Must say that the termite service performed by Trinity was great. And both Mikey, during the consultation and inspection, and Johnny, who performed the service, were outstanding - very professional and straightforward with the work that was being recommended and completed.

Johnny was on time. He was efficient and professional. He immediately diagnosed the issue, and then he treated it. He was courteous and respectful. This service was covered under my "no-tent" contract, so there was no charge at the time of this treatment. It was included in my contract.

Unfortunately, my experience wasn’t great. While I appreciate the effort, the service has not been reliable. There were repeated issues that made it hard to trust or depend on consistently. I hope they improve, but based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend it at this time.

This is a very capable Technician. He's cordial and respectful and willing to share advice.
