TRIO HAP has been wonderful in helping me resolve a blown transformer in my furnace. Even though TRIO is not a reseller of AirTemp furnaces, they worked with me to replace a transformer that was still under warranty. It turned out the transformer blew because a rat chewed through my wires. The TRIO tech, Mirko, came out a total of three different times to ensure my furnace was up and running without charging me for each visit. Thank you, Mirko, and thank you, TRIO!

Dillion was on time, actually he arrived a little early which never happens with other plumbing companies that I have had. Dill was professional, knew what he was doing and very polite. Great company. He replaced my kitchen sink faucet.

Update Oct 2026:
Had TRIO Heating out again 6 months after my initial inspection, and they continue to be fantastic! This time I worked with Dakota, who was incredibly thorough, knowledgeable, and helpful. Dakota took the time to carefully diagnose and resolve the issues with my condenser, explained everything clearly, and made sure the system was running smoothly before leaving. Two great experiences with two different techs - highly recommend TRIO heating!

I had a fantastic experience with Trio Heating. From the start, they were incredibly responsive to my inquiry and very transparent about their service scope and fee structure.
A standout feature for me was safety protocol; they sent me their technician’s photo and contact details before he arrived, which provided great peace of mind. Fernando himself was professional, informative, and super helpful - he did a very thorough job checking my HVAC unit and explained everything clearly.
They are incredibly easy to work with and I will definitely be reaching out to them again for any future HVAC needs. Highly recommend!

Worst contractor ever. Last year they over charged me for a motor issue and failed to fix, tricked me into buying membership. I filed complaint and they refused to refund. Filed credit card dispute and won the case. This year they kept me charging membership fee. Called them twice with no response. And charge me another $1000+ even without any service provided. It's a fraudulent activity. And this company is just dishonest in multiple ways.
Stay away from it!

Wenbo, my name is David. I just read your review and looked into your account. Honestly, I'm not sure how this happened. You shouldn't be paying for a membership you didn't want, and you definitely shouldn't be charged $1,000+ for work that wasn't done. We never heard of an incident like this one before but rest assured I am taking this very seriously and will get to the bottom of this by end of day Monday. You can be 100% certain I am going to resolve this for you and make sure nothing like this happens to anyone again.

Charnel and Alfredo did a great job! They worked diligently and cleaned up after work was completed. They also patiently answered questions. Would hire these guys again for HVAC work.
