Customers frequently highlight punctuality, responsiveness, and clear communication regarding irrigation repairs, tree trimming, and general landscaping. Many note that the company provides fair pricing and delivers work within tight timeframes, often scheduling appointments for the next day. However, one recurring criticism involves a failed job where the company allegedly destroyed plants, leading to a dispute over costs and the need for a separate contractor to finish the work.

We scheduled a specific time to meet, and Jay showed up literally right on the button. That kind of punctuality is rare and appreciated. On top of that, the quality of work was outstanding. This is hands down the best tree trimming, landscaping, and gardening services there is in the game. Professional, reliable, and clearly someone who takes pride in what they do. Highly recommended.
