Triple J Tree Service is top a notch company. The best tree service I have ever used. Donna, one of the owners is very responsive and does exactly what she tells you she will do. The crew members were all very professional and courteous. They made sure that I was totally satisfied before they left the site. I had about 14 very large trees removed, one about 80-90’ tall that was next to a structure on one side and power line on the other. They took it down with precision. Donna came out to give me a quote on Friday and by Tuesday the job was completed. If you are looking for a reliable tree service in the Tuscaloosa area, then I highly recommend giving them a call.

Triple J Tree Service was awesome. The price of cutting and getting rid of the trees was really a great price. Mrs. Donna is as nice as she can be. She came right over and gave me and estimate the same day I call her. Then, she came back when ask her to give me an estimate on some other trees with no problem. I highly recommend Triple J Tree Service if anyone needs some trees cut down. I gave them a 5 stars rating. Thank you Triple J!!!

We used triple J years ago for large trees on our property. They did a wonderful job then and had them back today to trim and to take down a very large tree. The crew was here in time started work immediately, requested my approval along the way and took down an extremely large tree with no issues. They cleaned up and left. You can tell everyone works well together and knows their job! Will use again .

Had a very tall, dead oak in our yard next to the driveway. Triple J came out, took it down, ground the stump and hauled it away. They were very responsive when I requested the service and communication was excellent throughout. They came with everything they needed to get the job done quickly and thoroughly. They were friendly and professional and respectful of our property. Will definitely use them again.

Phenomenal. Best. Money. Spent. Ever.
These guys are an impressive and very efficient team who clearly know what they are doing. This is my 2nd time hiring them to help with my fallen trees and there are enough words to describe my awe and wonder of how quickly they came, took care of the trees, AND cleaned up everything. I highly recommend to everyone seeking QUALITY, competent and knowledgeable tree professionals. “Don’t get stuck with Bubba tryin’ to git ya a deal!”

Had a large oak tree damaged by a lightening strike and called Donna for a quote to take it down. She would not make an appointment to come visit, but stated she would call back on a certain date to see if she could come by to look. Thought that was odd, but agreed.
She did not call as promised. Nor the next three business days. I pocket-dialed her on the forth day and tried to make another appointment. I was unavailable for a few days, but we set up a date, but she would not make a time. Again, a promise to call that morning. That was two days ago, and I have not heard from her.
Guess Donna does not realize other people's time might be just as important to them as she seem to beieve is hers.
By the way. If you need a stump ground, call her and request she forward you to the guy she subcontracts that work to. He is excellent. And he will call you back.

Needed two Crepe Myrtle trees removed from beside my house. Triple J did a great job. Donna responded quickly, got her team out, and the trees were cut and the stumps grinded within a few days. Good company, good people.

Triple J just removed 2 Bradford Pear trees in my front yard. I am very happy with the results and the great service. They were here when they said they would be and Donna called before they came to let me know when they were coming. The cleanup and the stump removal was great. I would highly recommend them for their services and great price. Great company to work with 👍🏻
