Called to have our furnace serviced before the cold hits and we are so glad we did! Our heat exchanger was severely cracked with very high level of carbon monoxide built up. It was a disaster waiting to happen. Our 40 yr. old unit was decommissioned on the spot and had estimates that day for a new furnace and AC. They were very quick to respond to all of our outreach and got us into their schedule very quickly as well. The techs were great, professional, and left our home clean when the work was done. The special financing also helped us with this big expense! Cannot recommend Triple O enough. We now have brand new units and one less safety hazard in our home.
