Our experience with TriPoint decks has been exceptional. We are extremely pleased with our new deck - it was a game changer! Our communication with the owner John , project manager Adrian , Clarissa , Michaela, Taylor , and others was great. The team and John himself came each day to check on the progress and give us updates on how things were coming along and when we could expect it all to be finished. The crew did a great job of clearing up each day and we are beyond pleased with the finished results. We highly recommend Tri Point decks. Their quality , communication , craftsmanship went above and beyond our expectations.

We used Tripoint decks for a screened-in porch and composite deck, and we were absolutely thrilled with the end result as well as the building process! The entire structure was completed in 5 days, which was incredible to watch. I was grateful to be able to minimize the disruption and get to enjoying our backyard so fast! John and his team were professional, prompt, respectful and committed to us feeling comfortable and informed the whole. time. I highly recommend them and would use them again for sure!

We could not be happier with the work TriPoint Decks did for us. From start to finish, their team kept us informed every step of the way, providing regular updates and making sure we always knew the status of the project. Our old rotted deck spanned the entire back of our house, and the TriPoint team was able to tear it down and rebuild a beautiful new Trex deck, screened in porch floor and railing in just one week. The quality of the workmanship is exceptional, and the finished product looks absolutely amazing. Since the project was completed, we've received countless compliments from friends, family, and neighbors about how beautiful the new deck looks. We completely agree. The attention to detail, professionalism, and efficiency of the TriPoint team exceeded our expectations. I would highly recommend TriPoint Decks to anyone considering a new deck, a deck tear-down and replacement, or the addition of a porch. Working with TriPoint was an exceptional experience! My husband and I recently purchased our forever home and were looking to add a screen porch with an attached deck. John and Taylor were the absolute best at listening to what we wanted, asking questions and providing options, and Michaele made the permit process seamless! The entire team was on time, on target! Clarissa, Mia, Adrien and Hugo’s crew took care of us from day one, checking on us at the end of every day, informing us of the next day’s plan and answering any questions we had. They respected out property as if it was their own. They truly care about doing a great job. The finished product turned out to be even more fabulous than we could have imagined. Trex is beautiful and low maintenance, just what we were looking for! TriPoint made the process simple and created a gorgeous space that we will live in year-round! We are beyond! TriPoint Decks is a wonderful family owned business that did a phenomenal job of replacing two decks on our home. The team was very responsive and the entire process went smoothly from start to finish. They even squeezed us into their schedule earlier than expected because one of our decks was destroyed by a fallen tree and was unsafe. A huge thank you to everyone at TriPoint Decks!
