I purchased a piece of equipment and made an attempt to pick it up, I wasn’t able to get it because the yard had closed a little early, or so according to my clock. I didnt want to make the one and a half hour drive back to get it. The owner contacted me and allowed me to get a refund. He was nice and helpful. I believe him to be honest and that he runs a great business.

I was impressed with the staff on a visit before the auction. They explained their procedure and allowed me to view items at the Lebanon location. I really liked the day of auction real time bidding and updates. I plan on bidding on more equipment coming up in future auctions. The big plus is all employees are professionals.
