I have been going to Triton for about 5 years now and it truly is a great place! The coaching staff is so good at motivating you to push yourself beyond what you think you can do as well as helping modify any movements as needed. The community is really the best part as I have met so many great people in these 5 years. Highly recommend giving Triton a try!

Triton has been the first gym I've belonged to where the community and the coaching have been my inspiration to keep going- and I've joined more than a few gyms. Been going to the 5:30 AM class consistently 2-3 days a week for the past 13 months, the trainers/coaches are all great and inspiring. Also, I have started doing the Sunday eWOD, and found it to be a more relaxed vibe than the M-F WOD - but that is too be expected given less time constraints for getting in and out…

The staff there is great at helping you understand how to challenge yourself and feel good about what you're doing regardless of your level of fitness or ability. As a professional MMA fighter and athlete ever since I started training at Triton (it has been over a year now) my overall strength, endurance and conditioning have improved to a level beyond anywhere I have ever been before. At Triton, I'm surrounded by motivated people who challenge me every day just like I get challenged in my martial arts community. They have an awesome coaching staff that will train a person on how to do the proper lifts and that pay attention to a person's form and technique first so that they can go to the next level without getting hurt. When I was injured during fight camp, I was limited and could not spar. During that time, I was able to use Triton's training to keep up with my endurance and conditioning. Because of this, I was able to jump right back into sparring without getting too tired. I am really happy to be a part of the family.

Also, I have started doing the Sunday eWOD, and found it to be a more relaxed vibe than the M-F WOD - but that is too be expected given less time constraints for getting in and out of a weekday class. The program has helped me regain strength and mobility at the same time due to cross fit programming as well as loosing weight. Everyone is on their own personal fitness journey. I have found the people and community are really nice to workout with, definitely a judgement free zone!

Gorgeous facility and incredibly clean, especially when you consider the activity and foot traffic. A lot of CrossFit elements and movements but what makes this so different from an actual CrossFit gym is not the modifications, but the complete lack of pretense or judgement for using the modifications. Steve, the owner, has managed to keep the intensity, muscle&cardio building, and calorie burn of a CrossFit workout while taking out any silly notions that your body should be in real pain when you are done. Whether you are an All American athlete or someone looking to get back in the gym and get in shape, Triton has the program for you. Lastly, I do not work here and I was not paid or asked to post this. I'm a 15 year fitness professional who knows quality when I see it.
