Jared and Rueben are wonderful people to work with, and they are extremely knowledgeable. We had some mold remediation work done on our house and they were prompt and very clear in their communication. They also provide solar panel maintenance. I would wholeheartedly recommend triton to everyone! Amazing people and so easy to work with.

My house flooded a couple months ago and Triton made the experience so much better. Very professional, contacted me daily with updates, addressed all my concerns, and all the work they did was so well done. Highly recommend this amazing company!

Update 11/2025
Our mold remediation was finished in Aug 2024. Over a year later and many requests, Triton has not sent us the full report with pictures that we were told that we would receive. Therefore, we were not able to present a report to our insurance company. We paid Triton $50,000 and the work was good. But beware the promises they make. No response to a letter I sent 2 months ago asking again for the report.
Triton is a family owned business and did outstanding work. We had black mold throughout a large part of our home. The workers were hard working, friendly and respectful. The owners were very nice and in contact with us through the process of remediation. They checked in regularly on the work in progress and patiently answered our many questions. They all understood how unsettling this was for us and were kind and encouraging. They sealed off the areas they were working on and did exceptional work. When they were done, we had another mold test done. The results of their good work was the mold was remediated! So very happy with the Triton company.

Our experience with this wonderful family owned business was outstanding; thing is, that is an understatement! It was "nightmare" for all concerned.
On July 3rd, 2023, new tenants were supposed to move in our condo located in Oxnard, CA. Luckily, that day, the tenant opened the closet where the stacked washer and dryer are located, and spied water coming down from the ceiling above-the condo directly above-and flooding the living room. The carpet and padding was already soaked. The tenants ran upstairs, interrupted a July 4th party, and asked the owner of the condo to come down. His washer overflowed and was supposedly, initially the cause of the water intrusion. July 7th, Triton was hired by the HOA (homeowners association). They went into both condos with very cool tech: meters that measure the amount of moisture in walls/wood; and found ours to be 100% saturated. The HOA initially hired Triton and the demolition began . Now, if you haven't been thought this, you'll be shocked to learn how much or your unit/house becomes a contained construction site: walls, drywall, down to the studs and even in our case pieces/studs are taken out and replaced. Loud HEPA filter and fans run 24/7 to dry. Triton workers wear "hazmat" suits complete with huge masks....an entire month goes by and everything is built back so seamlessly, so perfectly finished, textured and painted, you'd never know it was ever demolished.
Here is the NIGHTMARE part: The DAY after they finished on July 31st, 2023, the man upstairs tested his new washer and dryer. YEP, it leaked so badly, our place was flooded again, much worse than the first time...ARRRRG. We we all depressed, especially the lovely people at Triton who worked so hard, now had to TEAR OUR EVERYTHING they just finished building, and start all over again . This time it included one of the 2 bedrooms that was rendered completely uninhabitable, plus the hot water heater closet. It turned out that the problem, likely the initial issue, was always a common area leak in a main drain pipe. The electrical panel was shorted out, so no hot water, no lights and no smoke alarms were working on that side of the condo.
It took ALL of August 2023 to demo out far more square footage/area, and when they did, they thought they discovered MOLD- A lot. An outside independent lab rep came in to test twice to be sure it was all eradicated. This involved even more containment, and very harsh chemicals.
Very surprisingly, the tenants hung in with us and agreed to stay in a hotel for the duration. Only after September 3rd, 2023, were they able to move in. Hopefully Triton will post up all the photos and videos they took of the damage and repairs.
You won't meet nicer, more professional, knowledgeable, patient people who respect your property-you can give them the key! They are clean, on time, and follow up.
CALL them first! They serve Ventura and Santa Barbara Counties. I''m a local guide and if there were 10 stars, I'd give them 11!
