The entire process has been seamless, starting from the first phone call to inquire about the service to Dylan wrapping up everything. Dylan was amazing from start to finish! He walked us through the entire process and answered all questions.
This was absolutely the best and most cost effective way to treat our pool as opposed to draining all the water and having new water hauled in.Total dissolved solids went from 2,593 to 302 that’s better than “new” water being bright in!

I am very happy that my pool is back to normal. I could not get the CYA numbers down after a few months of trying. Overnight Triton was able to balance everything without having to pump all my water out. Everyone was responsive, informative and easy to work with. I would recommend them with you any water issues you may have.

Good communication via text. On time arrival. Courteous and friendly technician. The filtering system ran for about 20 hours and my TDS went from 8800 to 700. Triton then rebalanced the pool chemicals, so I'm good to go. I feel good about the quality of my water and about conserving water, rather than draining and refilling the pool.

As a alternative to draining and refilling our community pool it only made sense to treat the water instead of replacing it. Dylan explained to us the causes and effects of high total dissolved solids (TDS). We are considering adding water treatment to the pool maintenance schedule not only for health of the equipment but the feel of soft water in the pool for the residents..
