I have been suffering from lower back pain for many years. Many doctors didn’t take me seriously, others didn’t quite diagnose me well or would give me very small information. Dr.Herman, with just looking at my x-rays asked me if I had any trauma from when I was little if I had a fall and OMG I hadn’t put it together! He clearly told me what I had and how he could help me alleviate before it keeps getting worse. The decompression is helping my lower back and I’m only three sessions in! I’m not someone to give reviews easily specially with health. Please if you’re having back pain have him see you, no bullshit, not going around the problem or trying to do useless things. I know this is what I’ve been needing for years thank you!!

I have been seeing Dr. Herman for about 3 years now. Started with severe lower back pain from an injury a long time ago. We corrected the problem and have been maintaining since. When I go to long without an adjustment, I immediately notice a difference, especially in my golf game. I play a lot of golf and if I go too long without an adjustment I completely lose my swing off the tee due to a lack of lower back and hip mobility. The adjustment and decompression is actually more like a cheat code for a more natural fluid swing and allows me to play my best golf, as well as sleep better, think clearer, and continue to pursue my hobbies! Always a 10/10 experience!
