Customers frequently cite prompt communication, same-day availability, and reasonable pricing as key benefits of Tropical Tree & Landscape. Reviews highlight professional tree trimming, removal, and installation services, noting that crews are punctual and thoroughly clean up debris after completing work. However, a small number of low-star reviews criticize specific instances of improper tree pruning techniques, vehicles damaging adjacent property, and unresolved post-service issues requiring multiple follow-up calls to correct mistakes.

Excellent service! Tropical Tree & Landscape is by far the best tree trimming company I've ever used. Their crew was professional, thorough, and did an outstanding job trimming my Queen Palms, Sylvester Palms, and Fishtail Palms at my home in Boynton Beach. I called Marc at Tropical Tree & Landscape, to find out what they would charge to remove a 6 foot avocado tree.
Being a no nonsense guy, he quoted me over the phone and I immediately accepted.
He then scheduled an appointment with two of his men who showed up on time.
They got to work and within a short time they effectively removed the tree and placed onto their truck.
I fully recommend Tropical Tree & Landscaping.
Thank you Marc for a professional job.

Very easy to work with. We coordinated the work remotely (I was in a different region). The landscaper, Carmelino, discussed the work prior to trimming, and showed me the results through FaceTime.

Mark the owner provided a prompt response and was very courteous when scheduling and communicating with me. Arborist (Carmelino) was very skilled and professional. I needed 2 palm trees and 2 trees trimmed/pruned, and 3 spiky bushes removed. They did an excellent job and cleaned up afterwards. I definitely recommend this service. I am very happy I found them and will definitely call them again for any future landscaping or tree trimming.
