Tru Pro Renovations, LLC

My wife and I can’t recommend Shawn and his guys enough! After our first contractor we were in contact with ghosted us, my husband did a simple google search and came across Tru Pro. We made the call and Shawn was out at our house the very next day to talk about the project we were wanting done. We needed a complete front porch rebuild from the ground up. In just 30 min, Shawn had us an extremely good price and quote and immediately made the decision he had the job! From the very first interaction, he was very professional and took all our wishes and vision and was ready to tackle it all. They brought our vision to life and created such a beautiful front porch! His team was super laid back and easy to communicate with the entire duration of the job. Despite a day or so of inconvenient weather, they completed the job in timely manner. Shawn and his team are extremely professional and do amazing work! We will 100% be using them for any future renovations we have. We can’t thank them enough for helping us make our house into a home! We highly recommend them for any renovation you need! 😊

Shawn and his crew went above and beyond for our finished basement renovation. Shawn, Pete, John and Jake were excellent in everything they did. There demand for excellence was beyond reproach. We will be using them for our future jobs. They were courteous and very respectful to us and our home while doing their work. We are grateful for all their hard work and eye for detail in everything they did! Thank you so much for your excellent workmanship! Jim & Brenda

I reached out to Shawn for some drywall I needed finished in a weeks time. He stopped by my house the next day with a quote and let me know he wasn't sure if they could get it done in time, but would do their best. He put two of his guys on it and came though with phenomenal quality and on time. I will definitely be using Tru Pro again for future projects. Thanks again, Shawn.

We contracted Tru pro for our very large composite deck in mid May 2024. The crew did a very good job and were very trustworthy. The job was finished in late June. Lori Cramer

Shawn did a remodel for us turning the garage into a living space. Looks great, they did amazing. We had him quote out more work immediately after we started because we were so happy with the job they were doing. Other quotes we received from other contractors came in much higher and they sent sales agents to talk to us that weren't even going to be a part of the job. Shawn came and talked to us directly and was much more reasonable and professional.

Worked everything out with Shawn. He is all set to do the job soon. Shawn and his crew did an outstanding job in completing the project. He and his crew are a very professional group. He also went above and beyond in what I originally asked him to do. He takes pride in his work. Several people have seen the Completed project and they all loved it.

Very unprofessional!!!! No excuse for a no call no show is good enough.. I would of loved to stay local and to see if his work was truely as good as all the other reviews stated but unfortunately that will not happen. I called wednesday and set up a appointment for friday to get my roof looked at. He told me he would call me thursday evening with a time he would be here Friday. I did not recieve a call so I called him and got no anwser so I left a voice mail. I called again friday three times and it rang through to his voice mail every time. I never received a call back and he did not show on the appointment date.

In the summer of 2019 Shawn and his highly qualified craftsmen completely renovated the exterior of our house. The new roofing, siding, windows, carport and spacious front porch are better than we could have imagined. Shawn and his team are all polite, approachable, dependable, and highly skilled in their profession. The process from the initial consultation to completion went smoothly. There was never a time our questions were discouraged or seemed a bother. We have received numerous compliments regarding the change to our home and have no hesitation in referring others to Shawn.
