Customers frequently praise the punctuality, professional demeanor, and thoroughness of technicians during exterior treatments for ants and spiders. Positive feedback highlights clear communication, timely arrivals, and detailed explanations of procedures. However, recurring criticisms involve inconsistent service quality, such as missed appointments or ineffective spider removal, alongside complaints about high pricing and aggressive sales tactics that pressured customers into contracts or reviews.

I was greeted by Andrew with a smile, very polite , respectful, he introduced himself, i also loved that when i opened my door, after hearing the doorbell ring, he stepped back, instead of just standing in front of the door, safely first. I informed him on where my problem areas were and he simply responded with no worries ill take care of it. And he did. He did a wonderful job. Locked my gate after he was done. Informed me he was done. Overall very happy with his service. Thank you TruBug!
