I was having True Force to do gutters and then they went out of business. I received my financial deposit back and they made it right by me. Appreciative of how they conducted their business and gave me my deposit back in light of the business troubles.
True Force is the best contractor I have ever dealt with. They gave me a fair price. I always knew where we were on the project, because they kept me informed, as promised. Scott got the ball rolling, and from there, things moved along, again, as promised. James kept the progress going, and texted regular updates. If I had a question and texted, I got a prompt answer. Shout out to the crew who did the roofing. I own a 60 year old house with steel trusses, and an aluminum roof, and no one had ever seen such a contraption. The crew figured it out and got to work. The crew is a family, and they were the “well-oiled machine.” The result, on such an unusual house, is flawless! The only touch up was to remove five fasteners left over from the old roof. To be fair, it was getting dark when they finished, and they were simply missed. I texted James, and he had someone out within an hour to tidy things up. When I wrote the check, I did so without hesitation. James, Scott, and crew: Outstanding job, and breathtaking service! Can you tell I’m a happy customer? September 22 addendum: I’m downgrading my rating. True Force did a great job installing my roof. I called them over a week ago for a roof leak on another building. I can’t anyone with a pulse on the phone. Over 7 days I called 5 times and left 3 messages for a call back. Nothing. It leaves me with the impression that they are solely interested in installing new roofs. I thought I found a good company I could call to get the same attention to roof maintenance as they gave my new roofs. Nope. I’m disappointed.

Closed and declared bankruptcy with zero notice. If you have a down payment with them, contact the Attorney Generals office about any bonding or other such backing. Rumor mill says they are "writing checks" but who knows if the money is even there.

However, I cannot say enough wonderful things about my experience with this roofing company. From beginning to end, the entire process was handled with professionalism, care, and attention to detail. Chazz and Roger were absolutely exceptional. Replacing a roof can feel overwhelming, but they made the process so much easier. They took the time to answer every question I had, explain things in a way I could understand, and genuinely educate me throughout the process rather than simply telling me what needed to be done. I never felt rushed or left wondering what was happening next. Their communication, patience, and professionalism gave me tremendous confidence in the entire project. I was already experiencing anxiety before hand, but Roger and Chazz must have psychology degrees as well, because I felt my anxiety diminish. They got back to me each call or text, and/or let me know if they would call me later during business hours and what time. I was never left in the dark, wondering when I would hear back. The roofing crew was equally impressive. They were thorough, hardworking, efficient, and attentive to detail. It was clear that they took pride in their work and cared about doing the job correctly. What stood out most was that I didn't feel like I was simply another roofing job. I felt informed, respected, and taken care of throughout the entire experience. That level of customer service makes a huge difference when you're making such an important investment in your home. A huge thank you to Chazz, Roger, and the entire crew for making what could have been a stressful experience such a positive one. We seriously cannot say enough good things about James and his team at True Force Roofing! From the very beginning, James was honest, upfront, and incredibly easy to work with. Communication was amazing throughout the entire process. Their customer portal made everything so easy to follow, and James consistently sent us message updates through the portal explaining the progress of the job, what was happening next, and even keeping us updated when weather caused delays. We were never left wondering what was going on or where things stood. We also loved being able to follow along with the progress through pictures uploaded to the portal from the start of the job all the way through completion. It was such a nice touch and gave us peace of mind being able to actually see the work being done along the way. James and his team made the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of communication, honesty, and transparency really stood out to us, and we are extremely happy with our new roof! I had two roofs replaced by this company, and the experience was outstanding from start to finish. Dalton was one of the most responsive and communicative people I've worked with, always keeping me informed and making the process easy. On our most recent project, James managed the job and his organization and communication were exceptional. The turnaround time was incredibly fast, and I never had to chase anyone down for updates. The whole team was professional, efficient, and clearly committed to great customer service. They worked very well around my other contractors and resolved all issues with permits without informing by going down to the city within 24 hours. If you're looking for a roofing company that delivers excellent communication, fast service, and a smooth process, this is the A Team. I'm not surprised that they have 5 stars and over 700 reviews (they are probably all real unlike some company's that pay for reviews). There is a important thing you won't always find even with a good contractor, they are honest and have good integrity!
