Keith arrived even earlier than expected which was in my case very good. He was super Professional and went up and beyond my expectations in doing my repairs! Keith in my opinion exceeds in explaining everything and completing my repairs in a very timely manner!
I highly recommend Keith and I definitely will call upon him in the future if I require any plumbing jobs or repairs!!!
We had Keith come out because our garbage disposal wasn’t working. It was our second time using TruPlumbing, and once again, he was on time (early actually), quickly figured out what the problem was, and fixed it completely. He is great at what he does, and explains everything thoroughly. We have already started recommending Keith to anyone who has plumbing issues, and will continue to do so.

Keith with True Plumbing Solutions was outstanding. Knowing we were without a working stove, he even offered to come out earlier than our scheduled appointment, which we really appreciated.
While reconnecting the stove, Keith noticed an issue with the existing gas line that needed to be addressed. He went above and beyond by tracking down a unique part, returning with the right solution, and making sure everything was completed safely and correctly.
Our stove is now up to code and working perfectly. Keith was professional, responsive, knowledgeable, and clearly committed to doing the job right—not just quickly. We couldn’t recommend him more highly.
