Our water heater started leaking on a Sunday. I called True Value plumbing and spoke with a friendly man who assured me they could send someone in an hour or two. Communication via text messages introduced us to Alex, who arrived 1 1/2 hours after my initial call. He communicated clearly, gave us three options for replacement and went to purchase the needed supplies. He installed our new water heater, and it looks much better than the previous installation from 20 years ago. He did a great job! We were very pleased with the results, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommended!

Just had a great experience with these guys. Quick Sunday service. They repaired the 70+ year old, leaky copper pipe issue quickly and restored water to our home. They also checked house pressure and all water to house was running safely. Intelligent, friendly and professional.
