We had a great experience working with Dan and his team! Our floors look beautiful. Dan took time to show me samples of stain options prior to the work, and was very understanding and flexible when I changed my mind about stain color last minute! I highly recommend!
Trufinish did a beautiful wall to wall, whole house, engineered hardwood install. Dan went the extra mile to help us choose the right product and ultimately the best finish. If you are considering a vinyl or laminate install, I highly recommend getting a quote from Trufinish for a hardwood install. Couldn't be happier and would recommend them to anyone.
Dan from Trufinish did all of the wood floors in our house. Not only was he an expert craftsman; he knew absolutely everything about our house based on the house was built. He knew how the wooden floors were secured, how to fix any creeks, and what kind of wood was underneath a floating floor. A true gem of a human, he was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend him to anyone who wants an expert craftsman touch with redoing their hardwood floors
The Trufinish team helped restore my old '50s fir wood floor and I cannot thank them enough. Not only did they do an excellent job with the floor, but they were also very knowledgeable, friendly, and really went above-and-beyond to take care of me. I'd never call another flooring specialist.

We are so impressed with the quality and timeliness of Dans work. From the start he helped us navigate through what we wanted- we were undecided at first and went back and forth several times. He brought over samples, pictures and we decided what to do from there. It was a pretty quick process and they worked around the clock. We love the dark floors with a matte finish. They are smooth and beautiful. Dan was responsive on any questions we had for care even after the process has been finished. Highly recommend. Update: moved into a new home and worked with Dan again- nothing but impressed with their craftsmanship and attention to detail. He did a custom color stain on our hardwoods downstairs to match our modern upstairs LVP.
I had a fantastic experience with Trufinish Hardwood and highly recommend them. When I first got a quote, I told Dan I was thinking about refinishing my floors myself. He explained the process to me and what it would involve but didn't try to dissuade me and offered helpful tips. I decided to have the pros do it instead. After picking out dates, I had to switch a week prior due to another home project that wasn't finished. Dan was very kind and understanding and was able to work around the change in schedule. Jimmy did my floors and was able to finish them in less time than originally predicted. My floors look amazing. This is a business that really cares about doing a good job, has lots of knowledge that they are willing to share with customers and incredible customer service. I can't say enough good things about this business or Dan or Jimmy. Thank you!
We had our wood floors refinished after we had some water damage from our refrigerator. Dan and his team did a wonderful job. Dan was easy to work with, flexible, professional, and very considerate of what worked best for us in regard to the scheduling. The floors look great. I highly recommend Trufinish.
Dan was a pleasure to work with. He showed up right on time, and then came back after I completely forgot to meet him at the job! He listened to my goals, no pressure to oversell, and clearly has a great team behind him. The estimate was very competitive, and the work was excellent. Can't recommend him enough!
We got bids from 6 companies to refinish oak floors throughout the house. Approximately 1400 square feet. Water based refinishing from a few years ago already stripping off in spots. Bids ranged up to $15,000. Dan came out; immediately struck by his easygoing, reassuring manner. Unlike other companies he and his business partner of 25 years Jim do the work themselves and keep overhead to a minimum. Dan was very patient helping us decide what finish to use and making sure we’d be happy with the color. Went with a Swedish finish in Antique Brown. Our kitchen, unlike the rest of the flooring, was a manufacturer finished red oak solid wood that had a glossier darker finish that didn’t show the grain well but showed water spots easily; it also had beveled edges that didn’t match adjacent flooring. Dan agreed to work over a holiday weekend so when we vacated the home offices during finishing it wouldn’t mean taking days off work. We got everything out of the rooms sand Jim and Dan got started just as promised. Infallibly courteous and professional, and good-natured too. Work was done on schedule even though getting the kitchen flooring sanded down was an extremely intensive job. The finished product is phenomenal. Even weeks later whenever I walk through the kitchen I’m struck by how gorgeous the floors are. Dan and Jim did everything right and we’re very happy and impressed. We’ve done all kinds of work on this house and met all kinds of contractors and definitely Dan and Jim are as good to work with and did as good a job as the other contractors we regard as masters of their craft. They get our highest recommendation.
