I appreciate that the technician took the time to explore the kind of bug that was in my house. The contract was explained to me, but then I never received the copies of what I had signed, until I called them. There seemed to be some kind of problem with that. Let's hope they deliver their promises.

I had a great experience with Truly Nolen! Josh came out to my home and did a thorough assessment of the issues I was having in both my front and backyard. He explained what was going on, what needed to be done, and what he recommended.<br><br>At first I thought the price was a little high, but I knew the problem needed to be taken care of, so I went ahead with the service—and I’m SO glad I did. The difference from literally one day to the next was incredible!<br><br>Then we got a lot of rain, and I honestly thought, “Well, there goes the treatment. It probably all washed away.” Nope! Even after all that rain, I still haven’t had the problems I was having before.<br><br>Whatever they use WORKS! Definitely worth the money, and I really appreciate Josh taking the time to explain everything instead of just trying to sell me a service. Highly recommend Truly Nolen!

We had an appt for between 12 - 2pm on Wednesday Sept 30, 2026, and he showed up at 10am. We wanted the service tech here between 12 - 2 due to the fact that we close at 12 and there would be no clients or animals in the building. Also, the carboard traps were not replaced with new ones and the office personnel that were here did not see any spray left behind in the interior rooms.

Going through a difficult process with my mother’s home. Paul and the Truly Nolen crew have been kind, honest, willing to work with us under incredibly difficult circumstances.<br>Cannot say enough about their service.

I feel the service was just fair. I originally hired them because I saw my neighbor had their service & his termite technician treated his property with a dual layer of protection. My technician was not as thorough as his has been. I did not get the same treatments that he has gotten. I wanted the spray, dust & pellets. I didn't get all 3, which is why ants got into my house.

I went to a Home & Garden Show in March, 2026 and decided to give Truly Nolan a try for Mosquito Extermination. I have tried other services the past couple of years with not so good results. It has now been 5 months since switching to Truly Nolan and during this time, I only saw one mosquito. That's correct; one mosquito. I am so impressed with the service, and especially my technician Herman. He really enjoys his job and he is always in a pleasant and happy mood. I'm sold on this service.

Paul did an excellent job explaining what my bug problem was. Hector sprayed and made sure I was satisfied. Both gentlemen were professional, knowledgeable, and efficient.

Truly Nolen has taken care of my residence for almost 6 years, with great service. In addition to quarterly inspection and treatment, they also come out as needed if something crawls in between those scheduled visits. I particularly like Lauro's professionalism in working with customers to determine and meet their needs.
