Customers frequently highlight the punctuality, thoroughness, and clear communication provided by technicians during seasonal and termite treatments. Positive feedback often notes the staff's ability to explain services and resolve recurring pest issues, while the company maintains a high response rate to customer inquiries. However, some negative reviews cite billing errors, failed treatments that required immediate re-service, and a lack of attention to detail regarding property cleanliness after visits.

I had an absolutely amazing experience with Truly Nolen Pest Control! Dominic, the inspector, and Hugo, the technician, were both exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable, professional, kind, and respectful throughout the entire process.
They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made me feel comfortable and well cared for. It was a pleasure working with both of them, and their customer service went above and beyond.
I highly recommend Dominic and Hugo to anyone looking for a pest control team that genuinely cares about its customers. Truly Nolen is lucky to have them!

Excellent service from Ana and Gio. I asked what we could do to get rid of possum that keeps coming in my backyard. She gave options and agreed to put prevention in back yard.
