Google reviewers rate TruNorth Pest Control 4.9 out of 5 based on 454 reviews, with the owner responding to 99% of feedback. Customers frequently praise the company for punctual scheduling, professional communication, and thorough treatments for ants, wasps, and termites. Recurring themes highlight attentive service and effective results for both residential and commercial properties. However, low-star reviews cite a pattern of bait-and-switch pricing practices, where contract terms differed from initial verbal quotes, and instances of customer service disputes regarding service failures.

The employee, Anthony, did an EXCELLENT job servicing my house. Anthony was extremely thorough, pulled down cobwebs, and destroyed all of the wasp nest that were located in areas that I was unable to reach. Anthony was professional, focused , paid close attention to details, and extremely meticulous! I was extremely impressed and satisfied with the service provided.
