Review from Google · view on GoogleExpert installation of my new water softener. Jacob was professional, efficient and personable. His work is like art. It looks amazing. And works perfectly. Trusted Water Systems is a WAY better option than those big advertisers. They make you pay for that advertising. I am extremely satisfied with my decision to go with Trusted. I will recommend to friends and neighbors. Well done Jacob.

Review from Google · view on GoogleWas looking to get a water softener for my house and was quoted a price of $6000 from one company. Thought that was a bit high. I contacted Jacob and he quoted me a price of less than half that. Installation was quick and easy. Will definitely call him again for any future plumbing needs I might have.

Review from Google · view on GoogleI highly recommend Jacob! He came out over a long weekend to check on my water heater and, despite it being a holiday weekend, he didn’t charge me anything extra just for coming out and taking a look. What really stood out to me was how honest and genuine he was. He took the time to explain everything, gave me his honest recommendation, and never made me feel pressured into anything. In this day and age, finding someone who is truly honest and puts the customer first is rare. Jacob did an excellent job installing my new water heater, and I couldn’t be happier with his work. I’ve definitely found my plumber for life! If you’re looking for someone reliable, honest, professional, and trustworthy, I highly recommend Jacob. Thank you, Jacob,
