Customers frequently praise the company for punctual same-day service, clear communication, and fair pricing on repairs and installations. Recurring themes include quick response times, professional conduct, and willingness to assist with older or less common door systems. However, low-star reviews indicate a pattern of unresolved post-sale issues and unreturned phone calls, suggesting inconsistent follow-up support for some clients despite the high overall rating.

Nick was honest, punctual and quoted a very reasonable price. Replaced an entire garage door, new motor and all, in less than 4 hours.
Thank you for your business sir. Please let me know if you have any further needs
He came same day to look at my garage door. Clear communication on timing for when he would arrive (and was on time). He replaced my springs a year ago, no issues there. For the most recent call my door wasnt moving, he came and adjusted a cord and got it working in seconds. Didn't even charge me since he was there for one minute and didn't pull out any tools. Nice & was able to fix my garage door on two separate occasions.
Thank you for your business
Nick is amazing and cares about taking care of customers at Tuckessee Garage Door. Very professional and affordable.
Thank you for the support and business
Talked to 10 other garage door companies in the Clarksville area and Tuckessee was the only one that would help me. System is older builder grade brand. Blue Jay came out and said the sensor was bad and would only offer me a complete new system at an extremely high price. Called 10 other places in town and no one would come out to fix because of brand. Tuckessee can out same day and found simple fix (that Blue Jay specifically said was ok but wasn't). Highly recommend Tuckessee.
Thank you for the business sir
I highly recommend Nick. He was prompt and knowledgeable. He accommodated my busy and irregular schedule, which is similar to his own. We were very satisfied with his work on both our new garage door motor installations. We appreciated the competitive pricing and timely completion. I prefer dealing with an honest and hardworking independent contractor over a heartless overpriced large business.
Thank you ma'am. Please let me know if you have any other issues

Tuckessee Garage Doors is the best in Tennessee!! Following a bad storm, I couldn’t open my garage doors, I tried everything, even reset my breaker/fuse box but nothing worked. I was stuck using manual mode all day. At the end of the day, I called Tuckessee Garage Doors, and Nick walked me through, over the phone, how to diagnose the problem and helped me fix my garage doors, it was the best feeling, Nick literally saved me. Thank you Tuckessee Garage Doors, you’re the best (in Tennessee)!
Thank you
First off, I am so sorry for just now posting this! The first mishap occurred on Labor Day and involved my daughter blocking the track on my garage door. Not realizing what she did, we were leaving and I let the garage door down. It literally sounded like it was going to completely fall down from the ceiling! I was new to Clarksville (and still am) so I did not know who to call for help. So... after searching Google and making a few calls... Nick was the only one available to help! He quickly came out and had my garage door back up and running in a matter of minutes! He also lubed my hinges and gave me some helpful maintenance tips, which I very much appreciated! About 2 days later.... I thought I had a great idea to shorten the automatic cord release. Doing this jammed everything up and all it would do afterward was hum really loudly. Nick came back out to my rescue AGAIN! Needless to say... (other than opening and closing) I have NOT and will NOT tamper with anything garage related. Nick is truly a gem who provided top-notch customer service (both times) that absolutely left me with a "WoW" experience! He will be the first person I call should I need help with my garage door (or anything else)!!!!!!
Thank you for your business
friendly fast service. came on a sunday and helped me when i really needed it. great company. would give 10 stars if i could.
Thank you foe the business
I called Tuckessee Garage Doors to get a price on replacing a coil that had snapped. They were able to come out the same day, which I really appreciated. The installation was quick and efficient, and they even gave the door a thorough look-over while they were there before replacing the coils. Eric had been delayed on another job in Hopkinsville but still made it out to fix my door at 7:30 that evening. That’s real dedication to customer service. The service was excellent and the price was very reasonable. Highly recommend! – Jen Stanton, Homeowner
