Tuff Shed Fresno

I purchased my shed about a month ago and took the time to prepare a pad for it. The guys showed up today and knocked out my 10 by 12 barn style shed in just a few hrs. I couldn't be happier with the results. Efrain and Ernesto must be your "A" team

About 10 days ago, my wife and I met and spoke with Javier Altamirano about replacing our rusted, 30 yr old, 8'x10' metal storage shed . We explained our need for much larger, newer shed, but we had been stymied by our budget. The sheds we found suitable were way out of our price range, OR we would have had to have it shipped to us, assemble it ourselves or hire a contractor to do it for us. We asked Javier if he could help us. Javier totally surprised us with an 8' x 15' "super-tall" shed he was able to quickly fit into our spending limit! We bought it right there and then. Javier reconfigured the shed to fit the pad we had for it and provided upgrades we did not expect! Javier was thoughtful, accessible and professional! He took care of every post-sale arrangement for delivery and setup of our Tuff Shed. He was so accommodating! AND the installation crew that arrived at our house were INCREDIBLY nice and professional! They had our shed setup, painted, roofed and cleaned up all the debris in 6 hrs!! Just as Javier said it would be! My wife and I cannot recommend Javier Altamirano and Tuff Shed strongly enough! Go see him! We have no doubt he can help you too.

We live in The City of Visalia. Last year, we visited the Home Depot in Visalia to purchase a Tuff Shed. Once we purchased the shed, we experienced poor customer service from a representative named John Silva. As a result of this, we cancelled our order. Today we visited Tuff Shed in Fresno and dealt with representative Javier Altamirano. His customer service was positive, professional, and detailed. Tuff Shed should be proud to have an employee of his caliber working for their establishment. His demeanor sold our family a Tuff Shed today. Again, we appreciated Javier's service and would recommend family and friends to purchase Tuff Sheds in Fresno, especially from representative Javier Altamirano. BD

I’ve had a Tuff Shed for 15 years. The door handle wore out and Tuff Shed said they don’t carry replacement parts, so they’re saying I have to purchase an entirely new door for around $600, just so I can replace my door handle. DO NOT PURCHASE A TUFF SHED BECAUSE THEY CANNOT REPLACE WORN PARTS!

My husband has been wanting a Tuff Shed for years we stopped in at Fresno Tuff Sheds and Javier walked us through all the models and we chose the Premier Ranch Garage we picked our colors and our upgrades Javier couldn’t have made any easier for us . My husband can’t wait for it to be installed so he can fill it up.

Javier was very informative and knowledgeable. He made our purchase a breeze because he walked us through the process and explained what type of model would require going to the county for a permit vs. staying under the guidelines. Once we made our selection, he was able to display the model in full color on the screen showing the windows & door placement. He is a great salesman. We can’t wait to get our new shed installed.
