10/10 service here. Our car broke down on a 13 hour road trip and we had it towed to Tuffy’s late at night. Joe and Dwyane are LIFESAVERS. They met us right at 8am (on a Saturday) and immediately found the issue. They helped explain what was wrong and made us feel so at ease while they were performing the repairs.
