I had an absolutely great experience with Tuffy! Such a great crew, very communicative, and worked very hard to get my car where it needs to be!!! Would always recommend! Thank you guys!!!!!
The guys here are honest and will show you what needs to be done. I thought I needed front brakes turns out I needed rear brakes not front and they showed me hands on
Jon and Dale were honest and saved up a couple thousand dollars. Another company was going to charge us for brakes and rotors and turned out my brakes were fine. They showed up proof and everything looked good. I would definitely recommend checking them out!

Tremendous blessing! Got stranded in Bay City and had been unable to get an appointment with other shops. Tuffy's team took me right away and began looking at my car immediately, even brought me out to see what was wrong with my car. These guys saved me from losing a wheel out on the highway. Joe, Dwayne, and both…

Dave was awesome, work was great and quick. They even beat every price in town!!!
All the guys at the shop were knowledgeable and straight shooters when it came to inspecting and repairing my brakes and fuel tank strap. Completely up front on costs and cost break down and we’re expeditious in their service. They went above and beyond for me in their service and professionalism.
I have been here several times. Great service and attitude. Came in today to have brakes checked and after inspection informed me that the pads and rotors are good. Noise that was detected was from something else. No repairs needed. Saving me money!
Very kind, hard-working, and down to earth men here! I have taken them in and the owner of the shop was super friendly and even showed me some great coupons saved me $140. And fixed something for free for me bcuz I brought it in thinking it was brakes, but soemthing else was bent out. He fixed it free of charge. I will always go here!!!! 10/10!!!!
This location got me and fit me in their busy schedule. And it was worth the wait. The workers made sure I didn't need front brakes, rotors, or back drums put my car up on a hoist and showed me the condition of all these parts on a used car I just got in December of 2025, and the manager who has worked there for a…
Thank you to the crew! You guys are #1 and beat surrounding competition. Your prices were so exquisite there’s no way we’re going anywhere else now. (: Definitely the best.!

They looked my brake and bearings over quickly and found the issue and fixed no charge. These guys are great and I will definitely bring my vehicles here in the future for any problems they can fix
I had Tuffy replace brakes on my 1 ton truck. Noticed a sever shake in the steering finally discovered that all my lug nuts were loose, and 2 of my wheel studs were sheared off. My tires are now destroyed. I notified tuffy their next business day, it has been almost 2 weeks that they have had my truck and still…
I was driving up on my way to my cabin up north when my car broke down about an hour and a half away from my destination. It was a very rough start to what was supposed to be a calm, relaxing vacation by the River. I had my car towed to Tuffy in Bay City and dealt with a guy named Michael. I explained my situation…
