I have been a life long Tuffy costumer and always am highly satisfied with their work. I recently took my car in due to a rattling noise, Dave had the mechanic check and tighten the heat shield at no charge.

My aftermarket exhaust had quite literally rusted off my car (thnx michigan lol) and the part was no longer being manufactured. The team was great and managed to fabricate the part so I could keep my loud sound and not have to go back to stock !

Called these guys for a broken (lost) exhaust on my RAM Dakota. They said come on in and we'll check it out. Got there and told them I wanted it fixed CHEAP. $200 even, and less than an hour later I was on my way down the road. Excellent people and very customer service oriented, Great Shop!
Michael the store manager was excellent to work with and helped me out when I was in a tough spot. The quality of the work was great and they got the car done much faster than I anticipated. I will definitely be back for my future car repairs. I 100% recommend Tuffy Bay City!
