Great service! Fast, friendly, and reliable. I made an online appointment for tires. The team assessed my vehicle and it was determined I only needed two front tires. Joe explained the best tire options and found me a good price. I ordered the tires and they came the next day. I was able to stop by and have them…

We had our car towed to Tuffy’s after we blew a tire on the side of the highway on our way home from vacation. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They worked quickly and got us back on the road as fast as they could. We are thankful for their help!

Tremendous blessing! Got stranded in Bay City and had been unable to get an appointment with other shops. Tuffy's team took me right away and began looking at my car immediately, even brought me out to see what was wrong with my car. These guys saved me from losing a wheel out on the highway. Joe, Dwayne, and both…

100/10 came here for an oil change they found a oil leak showed me and told me my best options. they worked with my price range. After when they were done they took my car for a test drive and found a screw in my tire, gave me a card for a free flat repair. Nice gentleman’s, would definitely be seeing myself come here for all car needs :)

Had a completely blown tire on a Sunday afternoon when everybody else was closed. They got us 2 new tires, rotated all the tires, and were super friendly and transparent throughout!
